DELIVERY

Provided items are in stock, orders received by Rings Store before 3pm will be processed the same day for Royal Mail first class delivery*. All other orders are generally delivered within 72 hours in usual circumstances in the UK.

*We aim to have all ordered delivered to you next day, however you should allow between 2-5 days for deliveries in the UK and 5-10 day for all international deliveries.

RETURNS

All goods purchased from Rings Store have a 7 day no quibbles money back guarantee, that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will exchange them or give you a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • All products to be returned are returned un-used and un-marked
  • Products are returned with all their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the product

Refunds will be for the value of the products only. Postage is non-refundable.

All orders cancelled will incur a small charge of £1.50 relating to merchant charges incurred by Rings Store.

Please note products will NOT be refunded if

  • Products are not returned strictly within 7 days
  • If they are marked in any way
  • Are returned in a condition unsuitable for re-sale
  • Are returned in a different condition to when issued
  • Are pierced earrings or navel jewellery including jewellery sets
  • Are a SALE or reduced priced item
  • The item was not purchased from us

Return of goods, which you did not order

Great care is taken when packing your order, but for any instance when products which you may have not ordered have been sent to you, a full refund or exchange will be given. In the case of an exchange please return the products as below and the correct products will be sent out immediately when we receive them.

Please Note - We aim to refund all debited funds within 7 working days of receiving any returned goods, however please allow up to maximum of 30 days.

Return of goods, which you receive damaged/faulty

Great care is taken when packing your order, but in transit unfortunately you may receive an item damaged or faulty. As it is not your fault, please contact us by email and we will send out a prepaid envelope for you to return the item for an exchange which will be sent out immediately on receipt of the faulty item.

Returns/Exchange Procedure

If you do have to return goods for any reason, please print and complete the returns form and return it with your goods to the address at the bottom of the page.

We suggest all goods are returned by recorded delivery, as Rings Store cannot be responsible for any goods lost within transit.

To return goods please make sure the following items have been attached:

  • A completed returns form
  • All original packaging
  • The original receipt, please keep a photocopy for your records
  • And, of course, don't forget the product(s)
